Our production plants are cGMP FDA registered facilities!  Good Manufacturing Practice [GMP] is an FDA processing term defined as guidelines that provide the minimum requirements a manufacturer must meet to assure that their products are consistently high in quality, from batch to batch, for their intended use. A key point is that the government defines what constitutes GMPs. This is because processing steps and methods that control hazards are unique per industry. The main purpose of all GMPs is always to prevent harm from occurring to the end user.

What we make, and how we make it

Immunity Goodness manufactures and wholesales the world’s finest functional food and edibles.  Immunity Goodness uses the best ingredients and natural flavors including Chocolate imported directly from Belgium or top quality USA chocolate using European artisanal manufacturing techniques.  Milk, Dark and Sugar free flavor profiles our the top requests. All chocolate edible ingredients come only from USA or EU.  Supplements have to be GRAS [Generally Recognized As Safe} according to strict FDA guidelines.

Our infused chocolates are artisanally created in our state of the art kitchen in Fairfield, New Jersey  Our infused cookies are hand made in our affiliated New Jersey factory. Our multiple Chefs are trained at the finest cooking schools with many years of working directly in retail establishments or directly for Industrial chocolate manufacturers.  Our Chefs run Technical Labs around the world and teach chocolate production at Johnson & Wales Culinary University, Institute of Culinary Education, etc.

Immunity Goodness is part of the Nouveautes, Inc. family who have been creating unique edibles for 30 years in our FDA inspected plant - which now includes a state of the art Infusion Manufacturing facility.

 We have infused many Vitamins, Minerals and Botanical ingredients from Ashwaganda to Wasabi, and dozens inbetween. All of our infused ingredients are sources from reliable sources world wide who provide proper documentation for all ingredients, prior to their use.


We also source our FULL SPECTRUM Hemp Oil Extract/CBD from both the USA and Europe:

In Colorado and Kentucky state-of-the-art food grade ethanol extraction process is used to maintain the health benefits of a whole plant extract, which means our oils contain all the naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes, not just CBD (cannabidiol). Kosher 190 proof alcohol used for extraction. Alcohol extraction maintains the entourage effect and keeps more terpenes in the finished oil. Our Full-Spectrum Oil is the most raw, yet beneficial form or hemp extract.

 In Europe, our partners nonGMO cultivars of industrial hemp are grown on European farms adhering to strict eco-farming standards. The oil is derived from the aerial parts of certified European hemp, super critical CO2 extracted without organic solvents to yield a pure, proprietary hemp extract that preserves the native phytocannabinoid profile including CBD, CBG, CBN, etc. and other minor phytocannabinoids.  We offer new cultivars and other botanicals that express nice levels of other phytocannabinoids and terpenes that can help differentiate the “single magic bullet” CBD products in the marketplace. The product is EU Certified, USDA Organic, Kosher Certified and Halal Suitable. The facility is ISO 9001 compliant and HAACP certified.

We either source our ingredients from reliable suppliers or work with material supplied by our clients on specific assignments. David L - President and Head Chocopreneur

A CPA turned Chocopreneur and Formulator; David and his staff create the most innovative edible supplements. For over 30 years, with his team of scientists, they have researched a variety of carrier bases for years before settling on chocolate as a means of consumption. David’s team works with the various partners to insure consistency across brand lines. David has developed and distributed products and for many top consumer brands including Starbucks, Kraft/Gevalia, Keurig. Christian Dior and Diageo. He is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and an MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans. His companies also create non-supplemental edible consumer products and are members of the Specialty Food Association.

Ricardo F – Director of Operations

A former member the New York Daily News team who worked in multiple departments, Marketing, Sales, Distribution and Production brings his over 35 years of knowledge and experience to the Incentive Gourmet’s Sales, Marketing and production team. He has an Undergraduate Degree from UMass Boston and an MBA from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA

Felicia S – Head Chef

Felicia, as our head chef, formulator and mixologist is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education of New York . Felicia has extensive experience working with chocolate and edibles having served as a Pastry Chef and other functions at multiple Metropolitan New York City locations. Felicia working with our scientist and research team uses her knowledge of chocolate and flavors to develop and our CBD and non CBD edibles.

Tim B – Technical Advisor: Chocolate

Associate Instructor + Department Chair, College of Culinary Arts - Johnson & Wales University. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Tim Brown brings a world of experience to chocolate design and production. He hosted "Baking with Brown," a culinary radio show that aired in the Western Massachusetts region. Brown is a two-time recipient of pastryscoop.com's "Golden Scoop Award." In 2006, he earned Boston Magazine's New England Travel & Life "Best Dessert." Brown was selected to Gelato Team USA 2016 and competed at the World Gelato Championship in Rimini, Italy. Tim advises on recipes, procedures and new product development.

Michel E – Technical Advisor: Chocolate

Hailing from Brussels, Belgium, Michel has over 12 years experience working as an artisanal chocolate maker. He’s now a Technical Advisor for Incentive Gourmet for chocolate, and assists our Chefs in developing concepts, formulations and manufacturing procedures. Michel accomplishments include winning both the 2013 – Gold Medal “Les Pellons d’Or”

Jossiah H - Technical Advisor: Chocolate

Originally having gown up in and hailing from Hawaii- Josiah told his elementary school kids "I want to be a Baker when I grow up". Talk about self-fulfilling prophecy - Josiah is the
Technical Advisor Chocolate and Patisserie for Puratos Corporation. Josiah's specialty is breaking down the process of producing chocolate, from start to finish. Josiah assists in manufacturing and tempering issues for specialized and challenging creations.

Frank M – Manager of Baking Operations

Originally from Italy, Frank M is an established Master Baker with over 40 years experience manufacturing top of the line French, Italian and Domestic specialties. Our test kitchen and large New Jersey production facility produces for a wide variety of clients including International and Domestic Airlines, the New York School systems and a variety of retail outlets all over the USA. Frank and Incentive Gourmet have produced baked goods that both taste great and are correctly dosed – such as Incentive Gourmet’s Linzer Tart. Frank expertise allows Incentive Gourmet to offer both Private and White label capabilities in the Basked Goods arena.

John S - Technical Advisor: Flavoring and Flavor Blocking

John has over 40 years experience in flavoring food and beverage and assists in flavor blocking and flavor enhancing on various infusion projects. From the very simple to the incredibly complex, we wanted our flavors to have an artesian feel reflecting the quality and complexity that will make every customer who experiences them feel as if that product were created precisely for them, their tastes, and their needs.

Jim K – Lead Scientist

Jim assists with Scientific endeavors and evaluating ingredients and opportunities. Jim graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a PhD and has over 5 decades of expertise in the fields of microbial biochemistry, genetics, biotechnology and molecular biology.

Kevin Oberlander, R. Ph. – Product Development & Pharmacy Advisor

Kevin provides unique “boots on the ground” insight into new product development and also the Community Pharmaceutical Community. Kevin owns and manages the Dakota Pharmacy, Dakota PrecisionRx and the Dakota Natural Health Center. He is a compounding pharmacist with professional memberships that include International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, National Community Pharmacists Association, North Dakota Pharmaceutical Association and Sixth District Pharmaceutical Association. He has served on numerous committees for the NDPhA as well as sitting on the board of directors. Kevin was the past President of the North Dakota Pharmaceutical Association.

Lou Graham, D.D.S. – Product Development - Dental Market

Dr. Graham assists in the creation and marketing of unique edible products that assist in dental care and cavity prevention. Dr. Graham is the founder of the Catapult Education, a continuing education company whose philosophy and programs use contemporary, interactive formats to integrate time-proven conservative dentistry with 21st century materials and techniques. Dr. Graham is a published author in many leading national and international dental journals. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois Dental Association. Dr. Graham is a graduate of Emory Dental School. He is the former Dental Director of the University of Chicago’s Department of Dentistry. He enjoys providing dental care at his multi-specialty private practice group, University Dental Professionals, in Chicago, IL – Hyde Park.

Bhavishy V – Manager of Sales Development

The newest member of the Incentive Gourmet team is responsible for researching and exploring new business opportunities and social Media. Bobby comes to us from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey where he majored in Philosophy and minored in Psychology. Bobby also assists in customer service, order processing and shipping

James F. Esq,- Corporate Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel to the company since its inception, James Fitzgerald has over 40 years of experience in the commercial field. His longstanding relationship with the company is commendable with over 20 years of guidance to the company. He is a graduate of Villanova University in Philadelphia, PA with a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University Law School.

Charles B, Esq. – Real Estate Legal counsel and Director of Site Selection

Charles E. Blau, Esq. CRE, ASA is a partner in the law firm Blau & Blau and has been involved in a broad range of matters including real estate, tax appeals, bankruptcy, divorce, partnerships disputes, environmental and condemnation. Besides being an attorney, Chuck is a licensed real estate appraiser and a past National President of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA), and serves on the real property committee of the American Society of Appraisers. The New Jersey Law Journal, Wall Street Journal and CNN’s “Smart Assets” television show have interviewed Chuck. He is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and the Washington College of Law of American University in Washington, D.C.
